Accreditation Services

We have the specialist knowledge required to streamline the Accreditation process and ensure that Providers are accredited by their relevant QCTO and/or the relevant Seta as effectively and efficiently as possible, with little or no fuss to the Provider.

  • Your company will go through the following 6 stages in order to be recognised as an accredited training provider:

1. Registration:

Registration of your organisation in terms of the applicable legislation at the time of your accreditation, and with an ETQA that governs your primary focus of business and training.

2. Quality Management System:

A relevant Quality Management System consisting of Organisational, Financial, HR, ETD, Learner, Assessment, OHS etc Policies and Procedures.

3. Learning Programmes:

The design, development and evaluation of Learning programmes and courses that are aligned to registered NQF unit standards and lead to formal recognition and recording of learner achievements.

4. Program Design and Development:

Policies and procedures for the development, delivery and evaluation of learning programmes and assessment of learner achievement as well as aligning training material to NQF registered unit standards.

5. Organisational Policies & Procedures:

Financial, Management, Administration, Physical, HR, OHS, Learner, Assessment, Appeals and Reporting resources, policies and procedures.

6. QMS Review Mechanisms:

Review mechanisms which ensure that the quality management policies and procedures defined are applied and remain effective.

We offer hourly as well as monthly retainer rates on our consulting and mentoring services.

Training Provider Services

We provide a variety of accredited learnerships and accredited and non accredited skills programmes.

 

Enterprise Development Training

We provide training in order to improve performance in the workplace environment.

This product allows entities to spend 2% (annual turnover below R50 million) or 3% (annual turnover above R50 million) on training of small black-owned entities to earn Enterprise Development points.

Training may include any of our accredited, non-accredited or Learnership programmes depending on the amount to be spent.

Skills Development Services

We boast having a Seta expert within our team, she is backed up with almost 10 years of experience working closely with 21 different Setas.

Our key focus as your skills development provider…

  • Register the business with the relevant SETA
  • Act as a Skills Development Facilitator for the business
  • Conduct a basic training needs analysis if required
  • Submit an annual Workplace Skills Plan and Pivotal Plan
  • Submit quarterly reports
  • Claim annually from the SETA
  • Introduce accredited training programmes for the business to be presented by accredited training providers

 

Employment Equity Services

Our key focus as your employment equity provider…

  • Conduct workplace audit
  • Define Employment Equity strategy
  • Implement Employment Equity policies and procedures
  • Develop Employment Equity plan
  • Submit required reports to the Department of Labour
  • Train employees on Employment Equity
